Brown Noise (8 Hours) for Deep Concentration and Study

Relax, focus, meditate or sleep easier with our 8 hour brown noise episode. Brown noise is a type of noise with a lower frequency than white noise. It is named after brownian motion, which is the random movement of particles suspended in a fluid.

Brown noise has a deeper, more bass-heavy sound than white noise, and some people find it more relaxing and easier to sleep to.  It is often used for relaxation, meditation, and as a sleep aid. Some people also use brown noise to help mask other sounds and create a sense of privacy or isolation.
