Electrical Storm Encounter on a Mountain in Bolivia
In this one-of-a-kind recording, we are standing near Chacaltaya mountain in Bolivia, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of nature. Static electricity builds up in the surrounding air, interfering with the microphones for a time, which is then released as lightning strikes, creating a tremendous thunderclap.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that you won't soon forget, and neither will Felix Blume of freesound.org, who braved the storm to make this recording.
